Rolling Oven

Based in Lexington, Kentucky, Rolling Oven began as a food truck like you've never seen before-a twenty-foot shipping container converted into a mobile pizza kitchen-serving Neopolitan-style pizza and sandwiches cooked in our traditional Italian wood-fired brick oven.

From traditional offerings like the Pepperoni and Supreme pizzas, to gourmet choices like the Prosciutto Speciale, Potato and Chorizo, and Pizza Bianca-Rolling Oven has a menu sure to please any pizza lover. Our pizzas go from prep to plate in ten minutes, and customers can watch it all via our open kitchen. All of our pizzas are made-to-order, using the freshest ingredients we can find.

Operating as a food truck since early 2014, we have also opened two permanent dine-in locations in Lexington and Versailles. Don't worry- we're still keeping the truck going! It's perfect for festivals and catering events, just contact us for more information.
